DEC Certification Course 

16 Hour NY State English DEC Certification Class and Testing

#1 Fine from Inspectors is for not having your DEC Licensing

A mandatory class for New York State Dry Cleaners who have perc dry cleaning machines. This class is a must to comply with rule 232 of the perchloroethylene dry cleaning regulation.

Non-Members $1,375.

NCA will be proctoring the test immediately following the class on March 28th, 2024.

The cost for the test:

Manager / Employee $75.

Owner/Manager $150.
